Membership Types
Different roles. One connected ecosystem.
EDCA recognises that the data center sector consists of many different organisations and stakeholders. The Association therefore has three membership categories.
Full Members
Full members contribute directly to the development and operation of Estonia's data center and digital infrastructure ecosystem. For organisations at the core of the data center sector. This category may include:
- data center developers;
- data center owners and operators;
- digital infrastructure companies;
- other core stakeholders of the sector.
Partner Members
For organisations and experts that support or contribute to the wider industry. This category may include:
- technology and infrastructure providers;
- energy and connectivity companies;
- engineering and construction partners;
- professional service providers;
- experts and specialists;
- research and educational institutions;
- public-sector institutions;
- other cooperation partners supporting the sector.
International & Honorary Members
For international partners and organisations or individuals whose work supports the wider development of the sector. This category may include:
- international industry partners;
- international associations and organisations;
- recognised experts;
- individuals or organisations that have made a special contribution to the development of the data center or digital infrastructure sector.
Becoming a member
Organisations and individuals interested in joining EDCA are invited to contact the Association and introduce their connection to the data center or digital infrastructure sector.

Express your interest
Submit the Join EDCA form with basic information about your organisation and its connection to the data center ecosystem.

Membership review
The EDCA Management Board reviews the application and confirms whether the organisation meets the membership criteria.

Confirm membership
Once approved, the applicable membership category, annual fee and membership conditions are confirmed.

Get involved
Join EDCA activities, working groups, events and initiatives and contribute to the development of Estonia's data center ecosystem.

For companies it is based on company size. All prices are VAT 0%.

No. EDCA represents the wider value chain, including technology, energy, connectivity, engineering, construction, research and professional services.
What does membership cost?
Membership fees depend on the approved category and conditions. EDCA will provide the relevant information during the membership discussion.
Can an international company join?
International organisations active in or connected to the Estonian market may be eligible. Membership suitability is assessed individually.
How active do members need to be?
Members can participate according to their interests and expertise. However, EDCA creates the most value when organisations contribute actively to discussions and shared initiatives.
How long does the membership process take?
After receiving an enquiry, EDCA will contact the organisation to explain the next steps and confirm whether the membership requirements are met.
