Estonian Data Center Association
Explore Membership →EDCA is an independent industry association representing Estonia's data center industry and connecting the wider ecosystem that enables its growth. Our network brings together data center operators, technology and infrastructure providers, energy and connectivity partners, engineering companies, research institutions, professional service providers and public-sector stakeholders.
By bringing the sector together and identifying shared priorities, EDCA works to improve the conditions for investment, infrastructure development and long-term competitiveness, and to communicate the industry's role more clearly to policymakers, investors and the wider public.
mission
To strengthen Estonia’s data center industry by bringing the ecosystem together, representing common interests and improving the conditions for investment and growth.
vision
A connected, resilient and internationally competitive data center ecosystem that strengthens Estonia’s digital economy and infrastructure.
Building better conditions for long-term development
Data center development depends on much more than IT infrastructure. Energy availability, connectivity, planning and construction, regulation, skills, technology and investment conditions all determine whether projects can move forward.
EDCA brings these perspectives together to identify bottlenecks, develop shared positions and improve Estonia's competitiveness as a location for digital infrastructure.
