Estonian Data Center Association welcomes companies and organisations from across the data center value chain to become part of Estonia’s growing industry network.

The data center sector is built on cooperation.

Operators depend on reliable energy, connectivity, technology, construction, engineering and professional services. At the same time, the industry must respond to shared questions concerning infrastructure, regulation, sustainability, security, skills and investment.

EDCA membership provides a platform where organisations can address these topics together.

Why join EDCA?

EDCA connects companies and organisations that contribute to Estonia’s data center ecosystem.

Membership is an opportunity to build relationships across the industry, exchange knowledge and take part in discussions that influence the future development of the sector.

As a member, your organisation can:

  • connect with data center industry professionals and decision-makers;
  • participate in member discussions, meetings and future events;
  • exchange practical knowledge and industry best practices;
  • contribute to shared priorities and industry positions;
  • increase visibility within the Estonian data center ecosystem;
  • participate in joint initiatives and working groups;
  • support the responsible growth of Estonia’s digital infrastructure.

EDCA is a new organisation, which means that early members will also have an opportunity to help shape its activities and direction.

Who can become a member?

EDCA membership is intended for organisations working within or supporting the data center industry.

This may include:

  • data center owners and operators;
  • technology and equipment providers;
  • energy and cooling solution providers;
  • telecommunications and connectivity companies;
  • construction and engineering companies;
  • cybersecurity and digital infrastructure specialists;
  • consultants and professional service providers;
  • educational and research organisations;
  • public-sector and industry partners;
  • other organisations connected to the data center ecosystem.

The association aims to represent the full value chain rather than one specific part of the industry.

Bringing together different areas of expertise allows members to better understand shared challenges, discover opportunities for cooperation and contribute to the development of the sector as a whole.

What will EDCA focus on?

The association’s activities will evolve according to the priorities of its members.

Initial focus areas include:

Industry collaboration

Creating opportunities for companies and professionals to connect, exchange experience and develop new relationships.

Knowledge exchange

Sharing relevant industry information, practical experience and best practices.

Industry representation

Supporting constructive dialogue between the data center sector, policymakers, public institutions and other stakeholders.

Responsible growth

Contributing to discussions around resilient, efficient and sustainable digital infrastructure.

Industry visibility

Improving the understanding of data centers and their role in Estonia’s economy and digital society.

As EDCA grows, additional activities may include events, working groups, research, reports, educational initiatives and international cooperation.

Become part of the network

Membership begins with a conversation.

During the first stage, organisations interested in joining EDCA can contact the association through the general enquiry form or by email. The EDCA team will then provide more information about the membership process, categories and participation opportunities.

This personal approach allows us to understand each organisation’s role in the ecosystem and identify how it can contribute to and benefit from the association.

Help shape the future of the industry

Estonia has a strong digital foundation, but the continued development of digital services requires reliable physical infrastructure behind them.

By working together, industry participants can improve cooperation, communicate shared priorities more clearly and create better conditions for future investment and innovation.

EDCA invites organisations across the sector to take part in this work.
